To get started with us, we just need you to complete a few simple steps. This includes filling out our application, answering a short questionnaire, and sharing some documents we’ll request. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures we’re both on the same page with regulations.
During the process we will be requesting documents that may include the following:
- Copy of Driver’s License / Passport of Principal Holder (if individual or international partnership)
- Policy / List with explanation of Data Security tools being utilized
- Filed Articles of Incorporation / Certificate of Formation
- W9 / W8-BEN for accounting purposes
- Current state-issued Business License for the Company / Certificate of Entity Status issued by SOS / DBA Registry.
